You can say what you think is working and what you think we can improve, without it affecting the care that we offer you and we will use the information to plan improvements to our services. Please send us any additional feedback, suggestions or comments by email to keepingwell.nwl@nhs.net.
At Keeping Well we are very keen to learn from staff so that we can continue to develop and improve the service. We’d like to invite all staff who might be interested to join our service user forum. The purpose of this forum is to share your views and expertise to help us in the ongoing design and planning of our service.
The forum meets (online) at points throughout the year to hear staffs’ perspective on aspects of the service and think about what is working well and what could be improved. Please do email us at keepingwell.nwl@nhs.net if you would be interested in joining this group.
