Today marks the first day of Stress Awareness Month (1 April 2021)
The Covid-19 pandemic has brought about considerable stress and challenges, for those who are working in the NHS and in social care.
It’s completely normal to feel stressed or burned out, it’s important to recognise these signs or feelings and how to overcome them.
We have a range of self-help resources on our website under ‘coping with stress’ these include videos to watch and guidance sheets.
For the next 30 days, we want to challenge you! Do something everyday that you find stress free, for example taking time out for a walk, watching your favourite your movie, playing music, exercise or baking a cake.
Tell us what you get up to by tagging us @KeepingWellNWL
