During May, the Keeping Well Service saw the most referrals from frontline workers in the NHS, health and social care sector since it’s launch last year.
A total of 148 staff reached out to our service for help with managing common conditions such as depression, anxiety, coping with stress and other various wellbeing concerns like bereavement support and drug and alcohol resources.
98% of staff said they would recommend the service to a friend, colleague or family member working in the NHS or health and social care sector.
Here is some of the feedback:
“The Keeping Well Service has been so helpful to me, I feel like they have given me my life back.”
“Made me aware that I was not alone and others were also in my position. Made me aware that my other symptoms could be caused by my depression. Also taught me ways to cope with life and re-enter society.”
