Keeping Well is here to support staff impacted by the situation in Ukraine and Russia.
As the situation develops there are many staff who will be understandably worried and distressed about the hostilities in the Ukraine and surrounding regions.
This will particularly be the case for those staff who have family and friends living in the Ukraine (or relatives and friends who are British citizens who live there), or in other parts of Eastern Europe or Russia, who may now be concerned and worried.
For many staff this could be a difficult time, either for those with family and friends affected but also because of the concerning media coverage of these developments.
For anyone struggling or who would like support in relation to these issues, please contact us:
- Online live chat (Mon to Fri 9am to 5pm)
