We are running a confidential survey via Imperial Health College Partners who will explore why male staff, particularly those from Black and Minority Ethnic backgrounds can be underrepresented when reaching out for support.
Here is how you can get involved
Please complete the survey here (it will take around 5-10 minutes).
As part of the next research phase, the service is looking to hold follow-up conversations where a financial incentive will be offered to participants for time and contributions.
All insights shared will be hugely appreciated and used to identify opportunities to improve the service, informed by staff views and experiences.
Your voice matters, and by getting involved in this conversation, you will help us to identify opportunities and develop initiatives to tailor the service so that it feels accessible to all.
This project is being coordinated by an independent organisation, Imperial College Health Partners, on behalf of the North West London Integrated Care System and the Keeping Well NWL Service. All survey responses and follow-up conversations will be treated in the strictest confidence.
